Celebrating Her Majesty's Diamond Jubilee

On June 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Le Salon will be hosting a celebration of Queen Elizabeth’s Diamond Jubilee.

Seatings:
Friday, June 1st at 11:00 am & 2:00 pm
Saturday, June 2nd at 11:00 am & 2:00 pm
Sunday, June 3rd at 11:00 am, 2:00 pm, & 4:30 pm

Each Seating Will Include:

• A glass of sherry, sparkling wine, chardonnay, or the queens own favorite Dubonnet Cocktail.
• A properly brewed pot of tea.
• An assortment of classic English Tea Sandwiches specially created by Chef Drew Dzejak to honor the celebration, featuring Truffle Egg Salad, Lobster Salad, Smoked Salmon, and Caviar.
• Seasonal scones with preserves, Devonshire cream, and lemon curd.
• Royal inspired crown cookies and other celebratory dessert creations from pastry chef Shun Li.
• Every young lady will receive a Tiara to wear throughout the event

$35 per person, plus tax and gratuity

The Grill Room's Wine Class Series

New Orleans residents and Windsor Court guests have an opportunity to become true wine connoisseurs with a little help from The Grill Room’s highly regarded Sommelier, Sara Kavanaugh. Kavanaugh will offer different classes each month, among them: tasting Old and New World wine side by side to gain an understanding of what makes them different, the art of blind tasting to learn how to taste like a professional, discovering champagne and sparkling wines, and many, many more. Eight different wines or champagnes from all over the globe are part of each class. Classes are at 6pm. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 504-522-1994.
